Today we woke up at 5:30 to be ready at 7:00 am. The agency is going to pick up at this time and driving us to Ayutthaya. Meanwhile, we had breakfast at the hotel 😋.

Then, we went to Ayutthaya, it lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes roughly. Once there, we started to visit different temples

1) Wat Phu Thong

2) Buda laid /Vihara /Wat Lokaya sutha

3) Wat Maha That

Most of the temples were destroyed but some of them were renovated .During this visit we saw the three Budas (black Buda, white Buda/family, gold Buda/peace).

In the past, some of the temples were built with gold but it was stolen after the war; however, after this period finished, king of Thailand with the support of others countries help to renovate the temples, but instead of using gold they decided painting them with gold colour.

Then, we went to the restaurant and have lunch, after this we visited the last temple. We finished at 2:00 am and then we went to the rail station.

Ayutthaya is supper hot 🥵 , I would say that it is much hotter than Bangkok. We stayed in the cafe of the rail station. It had AC and sold yummy food. It also had internet 😋. We had lunch and dinner in this place.

The Thai anthem sound at 6:00 pm, the music was stopped and people stood up. Then, we went to take the train 🚂 to Chiang Mai (7:45 pm depart )

The train had AC and the cost was $ 1041 and 941 respectively. We bought the tickets with 12go.asia

The train was confortable, we had a small bed 🛌 and shared toilet. We were offered breakfast but we decided not to take it. Then, we went to sleep 😴.
